FocusFlow OS (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an offline-first personal-productivity app. This policy explains how the app handles your information. By using FocusFlow OS you acknowledge the practices described below.
Every task, goal, project, habit, note, journal entry, focus session, and setting you create is stored locally on your device only, using the device’s own secure storage. Your information never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to export it yourself.
Nothing. FocusFlow OS has no account, no sign-up, and no login. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. There are no analytics, no usage tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs that harvest your activity.
Because FocusFlow OS has no backend or cloud component, your data is never uploaded, synced, shared, sold, or otherwise exposed to anyone — including the developer. We have no technical ability to access, view, or recover your content.
You may export a backup file from Settings → Data → Export Backup. That file is generated on your device and is sent only where you choose to send it (for example, your own cloud storage, Files, or a share target). Importing a backup replaces the app’s local data. These files are entirely your responsibility and remain under your control.
Permissions are never used to collect or transmit your data.
FocusFlow OS does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be published at this URL with a new effective date.
